Before the first session can begin you will need to complete a questionnaire and return it to me.
This will be followed by a 50-minute consultation. This takes the form of a relaxed chat to talk about your personal relationship with food and how it makes you feel and what you hope to gain from the programme. I will assess your readiness to begin the programme and discuss your completed questionnaire and food history.
At the start of the programme, you will need to commit to regular weekly sessions.
